Account Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in New Delhi. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive account growth. Daily tasks include understanding client needs, aligning services with those needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions. The role also involves monitoring client accounts, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Qualifications

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns and projects — from briefing and planning to execution and reporting.
• 5+ years of work experience
• Agency experience preferred
• Experience with digital marketing, content production, or social media campaigns.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
