Account Manager

Role Overview: You will be working as an Account Manager in Kalol, focusing on developing strong relationships with customers, engaging with key business executives, and stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and forecasting account sales, handling customer inquiries and complaints, conducting product presentations, preparing sales reports, and ensuring timely service/product delivery. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and product development teams will be crucial to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers - Forecast account sales and manage them efficiently - Handle customer inquiries and address complaints promptly - Conduct product presentations to showcase offerings - Prepare detailed sales reports for analysis and decision-making - Ensure timely delivery of services/products to customers - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams for achieving account performance objectives Qualification Required: - Strong Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills - Experience in Account Management and Sales Forecasting - Proficiency in Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Negotiation skills - Ability to conduct Product Presentations and prepare Sales Reports - Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills - Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Additional Details: Previous experience in the biotech or healthcare industry would be advantageous for this role.
