Account Manager

Role Overview: As an Account Manager based in Kalol, your main responsibility will be to develop strong relationships with customers, connect with key business executives and stakeholders. You will manage and forecast account sales, handle customer inquiries and complaints, conduct product presentations, prepare sales reports, and ensure timely delivery of services/products. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and product development teams is essential to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
