Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in New Delhi. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, developing project plans, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing status reports, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for growing client accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Relationship Management and Account Handling
• Project Management skills, including planning and coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing
• Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and ROI
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the creative or digital industry is advantageous
