3 5 years of experience in client servicing and/or business development, preferably at an ad agency or creative firm.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Understanding of branding, digital marketing, media, and integrated campaigns. A strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and client empathy. Self-driven, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple projects. Experience in leading pitch presentations. Familiarity with digital campaign analytics. A knack for storytelling and creative thinking.
Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.
Manage day-to-day communication, campaign timelines, and approvals. Understand client goals and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams. Coordinate with creative, strategy, digital, and production departments to ensure quality output. Ensure smooth execution and delivery of campaigns within budget and deadlines.
Identify and approach potential clients in targeted industries.
Create compelling pitch decks and proposals tailored to prospects. Lead presentations and pitches alongside senior leadership. Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and leadership to drive agency visibility.
