About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to build strong relationships with our clients and ensure smooth project delivery. The ideal candidate should have up to 3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
Manage day-to-day communication and ensure client requirements are met
Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams for project execution
Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets for client accounts
Identify opportunities to upsell services and strengthen client relationships
Prepare and present regular performance reports and updates to clients
Handle feedback, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction

Requirements:

Up to 3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or marketing
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, or advertising processes
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, or project tracking software (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
