About the Role:We’re hiring an Account Manager to drive B2B client acquisition and revenue growth in the SME and mid-market segment. This is a field-intensive, individual contributor role ideal for someone from the classifieds, B2B listings, digital media, or recruitment solutions space, especially those who have sold to SMEs.
Key Responsibilities:Source, pitch, and close new SME business accounts.Manage and grow existing client relationships independently.Conduct client meetings and present tailored recruitment solutions.Generate leads via prospecting, networking, and referrals.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.Keep CRM systems updated with accurate pipeline and performance data.Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:1-4 years of proven B2B sales experience.Strong understanding of the SME customer base and decision-making cycles.Track record of consistently exceeding targets in an independent sales role.Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office.
