Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships, ensure campaign success, and drive account growth within the influencer marketing space. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented professional who can manage the full campaign lifecycle, from initial briefing to execution and reporting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:

    Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely completion, maintaining all trackers for complete transparency, reporting and maintaining cost and payment sheets for influencer payment management.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their objectives are met with exceptional service and strategic guidance.
  • Strategic Proposal Development:

    Create data-driven proposals that align with client objectives and comply with internal approval processes.
  • Influencer Selection & Management:

    Identify and ensure quality checks of influencer lists that align with client brief requirements.
  • Solution Oriented:

    Proactively address and resolve client and campaign-related challenges, escalating issues when necessary.


Upselling & Retention:

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Client retention rate.
  • Campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Upsell and new business revenue targets.
  • On-time and on-budget campaign delivery.
  • Client satisfaction scores.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in account management within the digital marketing or influencer marketing industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding client KPIs, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high client retention rates.
  • Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital, or a related field.


  • Core Competencies:

  • Client Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships.
  • Project Management: Superior organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with precision.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop data-driven proposals and provide strategic guidance to clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented approach to resolving client and campaign-related challenges.


  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools (specify preferred platforms if applicable).
