Account Manager-Influencer Marketing

As an Account Manager at Adfluence Hub, you will play a crucial role in overseeing client relationships, ensuring campaign success, and driving account growth within the influencer marketing industry. Your strategic and detail-oriented approach will be key in managing the full campaign lifecycle, from initial briefing to execution and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional service and strategic guidance to meet their objectives. - Develop data-driven proposals aligned with client goals and internal approval processes. - Identify and curate influencer lists that meet client brief requirements and ensure quality checks. - Proactively address and resolve client and campaign-related challenges, escalating issues when necessary. - Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and solutions to expand client relationships. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Client retention rate. - Campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions. - Upsell and new business revenue targets. - On-time and on-budget campaign delivery. - Client satisfaction scores. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 3 years of account management experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing. - Proven track record of achieving client KPIs, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high client retention rates. - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital, or related field. - Strong competencies in client relationship management, project management, communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools.
