As a Cargo Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships in either Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad or Mumbai, working with both local and global clients. Your focus will be on driving sales growth by promoting digital tools like eBookings, improving the quality and profitability of cargo revenue, and ensuring that retained business remains financially strong. You’ll represent IAG Cargo in the local market, setting a high standard of service and professionalism. Using tools like Salesforce CRM, you’ll stay organized and efficient while promoting the IAG Cargo network and any future cargo partners to support business expansion.
