Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned IT accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their technology needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure).
• Manage the full account lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and upsell.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling IT products and services.
• Ensure client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
• Monitor account health, usage, and performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Handle escalations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical support teams for resolution.
• Stay updated on emerging IT trends, competitor offerings, and relevant technology advancements.
• Maintain accurate records of account activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  

Qualifications

• MBA will we good to have.
• 4+ years of experience in account management, preferably within IT services, software, or technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT products and services (e.g., cloud computing, networking, software solutions, cybersecurity).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
