Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Account Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of accounting activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a startup environment, managing day-to-day transactions, reconciling records, and supporting decision-making with financial insights. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations including sales, purchases, GST, TDS, and invoicing Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Handle vendor payments, expense tracking, and petty cash management Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns Coordinate with CA/auditor for compliance and tax filings Monitor accounts receivable/payable and manage collection follow-ups Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, Personal ERP etc.) for data entry and reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Collaborate with operations, procurement, and sales teams for smooth cash flow Requirements B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or related field (Final year students can apply) Basic knowledge of accounting concepts (GST, debit/credit, ledger) Willingness to learn accounting software like Tally Good with MS Excel and basic computer operations Attention to detail and strong learning attitude Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines Send your resume to frestyservice01@gmail.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
