Role Description

This is a contract role for an Account Manager Minimum 10 years plus experience in diamonds and Jewelry industry, located on-site in Mumbai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance. The Account Manager will also develop sales strategies, meet sales targets, and report on account status and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer service, and building client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the jewelry industry, including product knowledge and market trends
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Sales experience and ability to develop effective sales strategies
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Experience working in the Mumbai market or similar regions
