Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Diamond Purchase Manager located in Mumbai. The Diamond Purchase Manager will be responsible for evaluating and purchasing diamonds, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring the ethical sourcing of materials, managing inventory, and coordinating with the production team. The role also involves understanding market trends, maintaining relationships with key suppliers, and ensuring compliance with the Responsible Jewelry Council's standards.

• Strong negotiation skills and experience working with suppliers
• Knowledge of ethical sourcing practices and compliance with industry standards
• Inventory management and coordination skills
• Excellent understanding of market trends and diamond valuation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Gemology, Business Administration, or related field
