Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Enterprise Account Manager role based in Chennai. The Enterprise Account Manager will oversee client relationships, including maintaining and managing key accounts. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, growing the sales pipeline, managing end-to-end sales operations, and implementing business development strategies. This role plays an essential part in achieving business targets and driving overall growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Successful track record in Lead Generation, Sales, and achieving revenue targets
• Strong abilities in Sales Operations and process optimization
• Experience in Business Development, with a focus on creating strategic growth opportunities
• Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and drive strategies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise sales is an advantage
