Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Guwahati. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include identifying new sales opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Additionally, the Account Manager will provide clients with regular updates on products and services and address any queries or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Sales and Relationship Management skills: client interaction, customer satisfaction, and sales target achievement
Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Organizational skills: meticulous record-keeping, time management, and multitasking abilities
Problem-Solving skills: ability to address and resolve client queries and concerns effectively
Experience in the automobile industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
