Account Manager – B2B
As an Account Manager at Even, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end relationships with corporate clients, from onboarding and engagement to renewals. Your goal is to build strong, lasting partnerships, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth through retention and upselling.Key Responsibilities
  • Client Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction, consistent engagement, and long-term retention.
  • Pre-Sales & Onboarding: Collaborate with the sales team during pre-sales to co-create benefit plans and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with HR leaders, CXOs, and other key decision-makers to drive successful partnerships.
  • Engagement Planning: Post-onboarding, develop and execute a 12-month engagement strategy in coordination with internal teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to deliver a consistent client and member experience.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct regular Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Renewal Management: Own the entire renewal process from RFQ to benefit design and final presentation, to secure timely renewals and maintain high retention rates.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written); fluency in Kannada and/or Hindi is a plus
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering on retention goals
  • Ability to handle complex client requirements and ensure high service delivery
  • A proactive, client-first mindset with a passion for improving customer experience
