Job Title: Account Manager B2B / Corporate Sales Department: Enterprise / Corporate Sales Industry: Telecom / Internet / Cloud Services Purpose of the Role: To drive sales and manage client relationships for Airtel’s enterprise solutions, including Data (Internet Leased Line, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services. The Account Manager acts as the single point of contact for all service lines, ensuring growth in revenue and customer retention. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line products Generate new business through hunting and account break-ins Upsell and cross-sell solutions to existing corporate clients Maintain a healthy sales funnel across all business lines Deliver timely service installations and support Track competitor offerings and identify intervention opportunities Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients Drive CMS (Customer Market Share) and RMS (Revenue Market Share) growth Candidate Profile: Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in B2B/Corporate Sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Relationship management expertise with enterprise customers Telecom/Internet/Cloud service sales experience preferred
