Role: Account Management Intern

Job Location: Pune

Duration: [3–6 Months]

Stipend: 8000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Management Intern to support our client servicing and relationship management functions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-time account handling, client communication, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist in managing day-to-day client accounts and ensuring timely deliverables

•Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and deadlines

•Maintain client records, reports, and documentation

•Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and performance reports

•Handle client queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction

•Assist in identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities

Requirements:

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•Good organizational and time-management abilities

•Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication

•Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
