Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Management Intern. As an intern, you will be involved in supporting the account management team by maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering solutions to meet client needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with client communication, analyzing client data, resolving customer queries, and collaborating with internal teams to provide exceptional service. The role provides hands-on experience in account management and the opportunity to work with a diverse, global team.

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to apply Analytical Skills to problem-solving and decision-making
• Prior experience or coursework in customer relationship management is advantageous
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt
• Proficiency with productivity tools (Microsoft Office, CRM software) is preferred
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
