Role Overview

You will support the Account Management team in managing day-to-day client communication, research, coordination, reporting, and project tracking. This role offers hands-on exposure to campaign development, digital marketing workflows, and the fundamentals of account management in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You Will Do:

1. Research & Brand Support

• Conduct weekly research on market trends, competitors, and social media insights for assigned brands.
• Assist in preparing brainstorming notes and reference decks for creative discussions.
• Support idea generation for engagement activities, campaigns, and content buckets.

2. Client Coordination Assistance

• Prepare call summaries, follow-up notes, and daily updates to ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
• Maintain and update client trackers, communication logs, and feedback documentation.
• Provide strategic insights during client interactions, meetings, and review cycles.

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Assist in collating monthly performance reports, insight decks, and analytics summaries.
• Maintain updated folders with briefs, assets, reports, and approvals.
• Manage incident logs and monthly issue reports.

4. Administrative & Project Support

• Coordinate with design, copy, performance, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Support scheduling of internal and client meetings, managing calendars, and updating project sheets.
• Assist in pitch presentations, research, and documentation as part of new business efforts.

5. AI & Productivity Tools

• Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to support research, content drafts, and presentation outlines.
• Use CRM or workflow tools to boost efficiency
• Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables through dashboards or internal tools.

What You Bring

• Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, and client servicing.
• Basic understanding of social media, digital platforms, and brand communication.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and meet timelines.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with AI or productivity tools is an advantage, but not mandatory.
