Account Lead

As an Account Management Lead at Indegene, you will play a crucial role in managing key clients and ensuring the successful delivery of brand assets and product launches. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging directly with key clients to deliver brand assets and product launches. - Understanding business and customer experience goals. - Collaborating with agency partners, internal production team, and client cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of marketing assets. - Working with the client and internal production team to deliver commercial marketing assets such as websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral, and social media assets. - Aligning marketing programs with Brand goals based on Brand strategy and business objectives. - Serving as the primary point-of-contact throughout the production lifecycle. - Coordinating with client delivery manager, Agency of Record, and brand marketing manager on production milestones, risk management, and resolution. - Building and maintaining trusted relationships with peers and leaders to ensure successful client partnerships. - Gathering requirements through scope clarification dialogue with Brand representatives. - Ensuring operational excellence and on-time delivery of assets. Your impact at Indegene will be significant, and we are looking for individuals who meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree Required. - Experience in building and maintaining relationships across client teams. - Project management skills with experience in managing complex and concurrent projects. - Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities. - Clear and concise communication skills in both written and verbal forms. - Detail-oriented and able to work autonomously. - Capable of managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence. - Skilled in prioritizing and organizing workload across various groups. - Experience managing digital assets. - Familiarity or experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or Healthcare industry. - Independent worker with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, leadership, and facilitation skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver results. The ideal candidate for this role must have a minimum of three years of experience in marketing, content delivery, marketing operations, and/or advertising agency.
