This may include participation in key asset purchase negotiations and representing the management in high-value financial matters.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and strategic Account Group Head to join our Chennai team. This full-time, on-site role involves end-to-end financial oversight, from daily accounts management to asset-level analysis, along with driving profit growth and operational efficiency across the group.Key Responsibilities• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations• Ensure timely tracking and follow-up of fund inflows and outflows• Coordinate vendor payments and work closely with the purchase and project teams• Handle taxation, private finance, and bank loan documentation and follow-ups• Represent the management in negotiations for major company asset purchases• Prepare and interpret P&L statements with a focus on boosting company profitability• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions across real estate, civil, and commercial verticals• Deliver accurate reporting and maintain financial compliance• Lead the accounts team and liaise with cross-functional departmentsQualifications• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and leadership roles• Strong analytical mindset with robust financial acumen• Knowledge in P&L management and profit optimization strategies• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills• Experience in account management, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or contracting• Sound understanding of taxation, banking, and financial compliance• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field• Experience with multi-vertical businesses is a strong plusInterested candidates can email us at [Director@ekinfrastructure.com].Be part of an ambitious, growth-focused organization shaping the future of real estate and infrastructure.#Hiring #AccountGroupHead #FinanceLeadership #ChennaiJobs #RealEstateCareers #EKHomes #CommercialRealEstate #InfrastructureJobs
