Senior Executive- Liaison / Operations

Role Overview:

The Senior Liaison will be responsible for steering high-level coordination with statutory authorities and regulatory bodies, ensuring seamless approvals and compliance for EK Homes’ projects. This pivotal role demands exceptional professionalism, networking acumen, and the ability to align complex approval processes with organizational timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with DTCP, CMDA, TNRERA & Local Body officials to facilitate building and layout approvals.

• Liaise with Fire, AAI, IAF, PWD/WRD, TNPCB & MOEF authorities for securing statutory NOCs.

• Oversee compliance across multiple regulatory touchpoints, ensuring approvals are obtained in a timely and efficient manner.

• Represent EK Homes with credibility and authority in all official interactions.
