Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations using
Tally
and
Busy
—including journal entries, invoice processing, and general ledger tasks.
Reconcile accounts and verify balance sheet accuracy.
Process accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR) transactions promptly.
Support internal and external audits, and contribute to the preparation of financial statements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial workflows and communication.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience
: At least
6 months
in any industry with hands-on knowledge of
both Tally and Busy
.
Education
: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field—not mandatory but preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, reconciliation procedures, and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas).
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills—able to clearly convey financial information to stakeholders.
