Job Description

Account Executive – Roles and Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and business challenges to provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Handle client queries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally.

2. Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts.
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and presentations to meet client requirements.

3. Account Management and Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day operations of client accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, logistics, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records and reports.

4. Financial Management

  • Prepare and share invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely collection.
  • Support budget preparation and monitor account expenditures.
  • Provide monthly or quarterly reports on account status and financial performance.

5. Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain detailed records of communications, meetings, and agreements.
  • Prepare regular reports on account activities, performance metrics, and client feedback.

6. Market and Competitor Analysis

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ activities.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help shape product offerings and marketing strategies.

7. Customer Satisfaction and Retention

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and proactive engagement.
  • Conduct periodic client reviews to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Time management and multitasking capability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
