Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Accounts Department at our Head Office located in Nariman Point, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Accounts, Finance, Banking, and Taxation, with proven experience in handling accounting operations up to finalization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
• Handle Banking, Finance, and Accounts up to finalization.
• Prepare and file GST returns, manage TDS compliance, and ensure statutory obligations are met on time.
• Manage online transactions, vendor payments, and fund transfers efficiently.
• Prepare MIS reports, assist in audits, and support management in financial planning.
• Draft and handle business correspondence related to accounts and finance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Minimum B.Com (Graduate in Commerce).
• Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience in the Accounts Department with reputed organizations.
• Age: 30–40 years.
• Gender: Male candidates preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel (advanced level preferred).
• Strong knowledge of online banking systems and accounting software tools.
• Other Skills:
• Strong communication and correspondence skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills).

Pay: ₹40,474.05 - ₹50,004.07 per month
