Job Title: Senior Manager – Finance

Location: Nariman Point,Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished and result-oriented Senior Manager – Finance to head our Finance and Accounts Department at our Head Office in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Finance, Banking, Export Operations, and Accounts Finalisation, along with strong leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Finance and Accounts Department ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Handle Export Finance, Banking operations, and Foreign Exchange management effectively.
  • Oversee finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with Income Tax, Company Law, GST, and Cost Audit regulations.
  • Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure timely completion of MIS, audits, and statutory filings.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
  • Monitor cash flows, fund management, and working capital requirements.
  • Review and improve internal financial controls and accounting systems.
  • Prepare and present periodic financial reports and business insights to the Management.
  • Draft and handle financial correspondence and documentation related to audits, taxation, and regulatory authorities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA (Chartered Accountant preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 20–25 years of experience in Finance, Banking, and Accounts in senior leadership roles with reputed export-oriented companies.
  • Age: 40–50 years.
  • Gender: Male candidates preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
  • Working knowledge of banking systems, export documentation, taxation, and statutory compliance.
  • Other Skills:
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and correspondence abilities.
  • Sound analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation:

  • CTC: ₹15 – ₹20 Lakhs per annum (commensurate with experience and qualifications).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,510,900.65 - ₹2,013,908.27 per year
