Account Executive

We are Hiring for Account Executive As a Senior Account Executive in the Account Department, you will manage key financial accounts, develop strategies for account growth, and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal financial teams. Your role will involve high-level account management, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making to ensure the overall success of client accounts and alignment with business objectives. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in account management, finance, or business operations, with a focus on managing high-value client accounts. Skills: Strong understanding of financial principles and account management practices. Proficiency in accounting software Tally. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to interpret and present complex financial data in a clear and actionable manner. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Role & responsibilities Cash and Bank Management Key Accountabilities Role Descriptors Primary Responsibilities Responsible for overall cash management petty cash Vouching, Disbursement Booking of material purchase and reconciliation with Oracle Booking of Bank Payment/ Receipt Entry Bank Reconciliation Knowledge, Conduct regular ledger maintenance Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department Key Required Skills : 1. Handle all Cash transaction 2. Preparation of cheques payable from corporate. 3. Co-ordination with Banks for fund / RTGS Transfers on regular basis. 4. Documentation and MIS report on daily basis. 5. Bank Reconciliation 6. Good Exposure of Service Tax, TDS, Professional Tax (Direct & Indirect Taxes) 7. Expose to Online Return filing. (TDS quarterly) 8. Banking related work 9. DGFT 10. More responsible for the payables 11. Preparing daily fund flow statement. 12.
