Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Playgro Toys India Pvt. Ltd., Karol Bagh, New Delhi
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

· Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP or other accounting software.

· Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

· Prepare and record journal entries.

· Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

2. Billing & Invoicing

· Generate sales invoices and ensure timely follow-up for payments.

· Verify purchase bills and process vendor payments.

3. Taxation & Compliance

· Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.

· Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.

4. Financial Reporting

· Prepare monthly MIS reports, balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow summaries.

· Support management with financial data and analysis.

5. Coordination & Support

· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for accounting-related queries.

· Support auditors during internal and external audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B. Com / M. Com preferred).

· 2+ years of experience in accounting.

· Hands-on experience with Tally, Excel, and accounting software.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles.

· Good communication and analytical skills.

· Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
