Job Summary: The L1 IT Desktop & Email Support Engineer will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to end-users, handling desktop, laptop, and email-related issues. This role ensures timely resolution of user requests, maintaining high levels of service quality and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for desktops, laptop, and mobile devices (hardware/software). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, MS Office applications, and other business-critical software. Handle email support requests, including Microsoft 365 / Outlook issues, mailbox configuration, password resets, and email delivery problems. Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems as per company standards. Assist users with basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi). Log, track, and update tickets in the IT service management system. Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support or relevant IT teams. This role supports the organization’s cash flow through efficient billing, reconciliation, and communication with clients. Roles & Responsibilities Invoicing: Prepare customer invoices accurately and on time, ensuring First-Time-Right (FTR) delivery and maintaining a zero unbilled amount. Collections: follow up with Customer to ensure invoices are collected with in /on due as per credit terms. Financial Recordkeeping and Reporting: Accurately update billing, collections, and debit/credit note data in the accounting system.
