Job Description

Job Summary: The L1 IT Desktop & Email Support Engineer will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to end-users, handling desktop, laptop, and email-related issues. This role ensures timely resolution of user requests, maintaining high levels of service quality and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for desktops, laptop, and mobile devices (hardware/software). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, MS Office applications, and other business-critical software. Handle email support requests, including Microsoft 365 / Outlook issues, mailbox configuration, password resets, and email delivery problems. Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems as per company standards. Assist users with basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi). Log, track, and update tickets in the IT service management system. Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support or relevant IT teams. Follow IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security. Assist in IT asset management, including inventory updates, tagging, and reporting. Basic understanding of AWS / Google Cloud IT Documents maintain
