Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support and ensure smooth operation of IT systems, office infrastructure, and basic security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide first-level IT support to employees
· Install, configure, and maintain computers, applications, peripherals, and office IT infrastructure
· Monitor and provide basic support for CCTV and surveillance systems; coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
· Manage user accounts, access rights, and password resets
· Maintain IT assets, inventory, and documentation
· Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
Requirements:
· Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
· 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk
· Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, basic networking, and CCTV systems
· Good communication and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
