Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive (Finance) to support our finance team in managing day-to-day financial planning, reporting, and compliance activities. This role will provide exposure to financial modeling, MIS reporting, audits, and investor support, making it an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance career who wants to grow in a dynamic organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & Planning

• Assist in preparing financial models for revenue, cost, and profitability.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting activities.
• Track and maintain key performance indicators (EBITDA, margins, burn rate, runway).

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management and investors.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Investor & Banking Support

• Assist in preparing data and presentations for fundraising and investor meetings.
• Support relations with banks and financial institutions.

Business Support

• Provide financial insights to assist in decision-making.
• Highlight risks, variances, and opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or MIS reporting.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial analysis.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
