Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client accounts within the manufacturing sector.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product or service solutions.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate pricing to close sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development—preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to customers.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with manufacturing workflows, supply-chain processes, or industrial customers.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability.
