Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Dodda Ballapur. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting operations, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, conducting variance analyses, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting audits. The Senior Accountant will also collaborate with the finance team to enhance financial processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit processes
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
