Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dodda Ballapur for a Senior Human Resource/Industrial Resources Manager at GenX PV. The individual will be responsible for overseeing team management, coordinating with various departments, managing HR processes, and ensuring efficient project management. Daily tasks include supervising the HR team, implementing company policies, handling employee relations, and contributing to the overall business strategy. The role also involves ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Skills in Team Management and HR/IR processes
• Proficiency in Project Management
• Knowledge of the Manufacturing sector
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred
