Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing cost accounting, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls specific to manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Perform cost accounting functions including inventory valuation, product costing, and variance analysis.
• Track and analyze production costs, overheads, and labor efficiency.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Monitor and control budgets, expenditures, and forecasts for manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and production teams to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Tally Prime software, GST R1 and TDS.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
