Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive / Client Servicing professional to join our team at OneZeroEight. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in the Advertising & Marketing industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective client servicing strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on client interactions and campaign performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve client servicing capabilities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the Advertising & Marketing industry and its dynamics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
