We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to oversee daily financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting systems, GST compliance, and inventory management.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable processes with accuracy.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate GST filings and input credit reconciliation.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and tax submissions.
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory accounting.
• Collaborate with warehouse/CFA teams for GRN and reconciliation.
• Operate within SAP modules for transaction processing and reporting.
• Maintain data integrity and support system enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of GST and statutory compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
