Account Executive (Accounting)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team and support our growing operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting operations including entries, ledger management, and reconciliations. Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes: invoice booking, vendor payments, credit control, and customer follow-ups. Prepare GST working, TDS calculations, and assist in statutory compliance filings. Support monthly and yearly closing activities, including preparation of financial reports and schedules. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers for timely resolution of accounting queries. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices aligned with company processes. Assist in audit activities by providing necessary documentation and clarifications. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax compliance (GST, TDS, etc.). Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, or similar). Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
