Hiring: Accountant cum Operations Executive 📍 Bandra West, Mumbai 💰 Salary: Based on experience + incentives 🏢 Pehchan / Plan It Precise Job Overview We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Operations professional who can independently handle accounting tasks while supporting daily operational workflows. This role is crucial to maintaining smooth billing, inventory, and backend processes. Key Responsibilities 💼 Accounting Manage Tally ERP entries & day-to-day bookkeeping Prepare and file GST (Sales, Purchase, Reconciliation) Handle Accounts Receivable & follow-ups for payments Create Invoices, Purchase Orders, and delivery notes Track vendor payments, expenses & petty cash Maintain financial records, ledgers & monthly summaries ⚙️ Operations Maintain stock & inventory records (inward/outward) Coordinate logistics, courier bookings & dispatch status Manage database entries, spreadsheets & internal reports Support order processing & follow-ups with vendors/suppliers Ensure smooth office operations and timely workflow execution Prerequisites Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, and basic accounting principles Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or operations Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets & email communication Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable with multitasking Mumbai-based or willing to relocate Age ideally below 40 Who Fits This Role Someone who is structured, disciplined, and process-driven A candidate who enjoys backend execution, numbers, and order flow Someone who can take ownership and work independently Timings 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
