Key Responsibilities: • Maintain day-to-day accounting records including journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment vouchers • Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports • Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and vendor payments • Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems) Key Skills & Competencies: • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling • Good communication and coordination skills • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment Educational Qualification: • B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
