Job Description

Job Title: Account Executive Location: Solan, Himachal Pradesh Company: Midhills Rosin and Turpenes Pvt. Ltd. Department: Accounts & Finance Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support overall financial management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or other ERP systems. Prepare and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and other ledgers. Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management. Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (manufacturing industry preferred). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office. Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
