Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage new business leads from architects, interior designers, and project developers. Conduct client meetings and presentations with design samples and lighting catalogues. Coordinate with the F Design technical and design team for BOQs, quotations, and lighting proposals. Follow up on Proforma Invoices (P.I.), payment milestones, and dispatch coordination with internal teams. Maintain and update the project pipeline report weekly. Ensure client satisfaction through smooth communication and timely delivery of commitments. Represent F Design Concept Lighting at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events when required. Stay updated with lighting trends, technologies, and product ranges to support design-oriented sales discussions.
The Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of the architectural lighting firm, ensuring accuracy in all accounting operations. The role involves handling project-based accounting, vendor payments, client billing, inventory reconciliation, and financial reporting to support smooth business operations and project delivery.
