Job Description

We Are Hiring An Account Executive Experience: 01-03 Years In Accounts Only. Qualification: Graduation In BCom/MCom or Related Field. Salary: Rs.18k To Rs.20K. Per Month. Job Role & Responsibilities: 1. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash. 2. Process invoices, payments, and receipts. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. 4. Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting. 5. File GST ,TDS returns, ESI & PF. 6. Manage office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment. 7. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files. 9. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations. 10. Monitor and record employee attendance, leaves, and working hours. Skills Required: 1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. 2. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 4. Team Management and Punctuation.
