Account Executive (Accounting)

Job Title: Account Executive Department: Accounts Location: Rohini Sector - 3 Reports to: Account Manager Experience: Minimum 1 year Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting overall financial operations. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of taxation, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Key Responsibilities 1. Maintain and manage financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. 2. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including timely invoicing and payment tracking. 3. Prepare and file GST, ITR, TDS, and other tax returns, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. 4. Perform bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. 5. Extract, analyze, and interpret financial data from accounting software for MIS reporting and management insights. 6. Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring timely follow-ups on payments and outstanding dues. 7. Provide client support, addressing accounting queries and assisting with financial documentation. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements 1. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and financial management. 3. Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, and other accounting software. 4. Strong knowledge of GST, ITR, TDS, and tax regulations. 5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively. 7. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
