Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team at SILVERNIK FMCG COMPANY The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹8000 - ₹12000 and opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality. * Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports. * Daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations. Manage Gst Return, Tds Filing, Income Tax Return, Accounting, Day 2 Day Clients Accounting And Preparation Of Balance Sheet, Profit And Loss Account. Ensure Compliance With Legal Regulations. Analyze Financial Data To Assist In Decision-Making. Book Keeping, Taxation, Audit | Skills Needed : TDS, GST, Tally, Finalization * Perform full accounting work on Busy and Tally software. * Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and records on a regular basis. * Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C) accurately and within deadlines. * Conduct GST reconciliation between books and portal data. * Prepare and file TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) and ensure timely payments. * Assist in Balance Sheet preparation and audit workings. * Visit client locations for accounting, verification, and data management as required. * Handle GST registrations, firm registrations, and compliance filings. * Assist in drafting replies to GST, TDS, and other statutory notices. * Support partners in audit assignments and financial statement finalization. Required Skills & Competencies * Proficiency in Busy Accounting Software and Tally ERP / Prime. * Good understanding of GST laws, TDS provisions, and basic accounting standards. * Strong command of MS Excel and basic data analysis. * Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Professional attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail.
