Job Title: Accountant Assistant – ERP & Excel Expert Location: Ahmedabad  Experience: 2–4 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Accountant Assistant to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure data accuracy within our ERP and Excel reporting systems. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on ERP experience, and advanced Excel expertise to support financial reporting, audits, and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities Record and maintain daily financial transactions with accuracy in the general ledger. Manage accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations. Enter, verify, and update data in ERP systems accurately and on time. Prepare financial statements, expense reports, and supporting documents. Maintain purchase, sales, and inventory records through ERP and Excel reports. Assist in internal and external audits by providing required data and documentation. Generate and analyze financial reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.). Collaborate with internal departments to streamline billing and payment processes. Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role. Proficiency in ERP software (ERPNext, Tally, or similar). Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
