Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Financial Transactions: Accurately record and process invoices, payments, and receipts. Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable. Expense Management: Prepare and update expense reports and reimbursement forms. Tax Compliance: Assist in GST filings, TDS calculations, and other statutory requirements. Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain digital and physical financial records. Invoice Processing: Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed. Audit Support: Assist in financial audits by preparing necessary documentation. Reporting: Generate financial reports and assist in budget preparation. Software Utilization: Work with accounting software like Tally, Busy, or SAP. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field. Experience: 1-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software. Analytical Ability: Strong numerical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in financial records. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in handling GST and TDS filings. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in India. Experience working in a corporate or manufacturing setup.
